Field Marketing – Associate Manager / Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of field marketing strategies, encompassing event and webinar execution, support for virtual customer conferences, and communications with partners and customers.

• Oversee the logistics and execution of webinars for marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to manage various elements of the field marketing program.

• Aid in the creation and refinement of marketing materials, including social media posts, videos, corporate templates, and other program-related content. Adapt existing content for both internal and external applications.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of outreach initiatives aimed at engaging current and potential customers through platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.

• Help organize and coordinate Veeva's virtual and industry events, handling logistics, internal and external communications, event app management, and reporting.

• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports on marketing program performance and metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage various stakeholders, priorities, and multiple projects within tight deadlines and expectations.

• Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational abilities.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Skilled in delivering content through social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
