Field Marketing – Associate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of field marketing strategies, encompassing event and webinar execution, support for virtual customer conferences, and communication with partners and customers.

• Oversee webinar logistics and execution for marketing, alliances, and customer success divisions.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to manage components of the field marketing program.

• Aid in the creation and refinement of marketing content, which includes social media posts, videos, corporate templates, and other program materials. Adapt existing content for both internal and external purposes.

• Provide support for the implementation and enhancement of outreach initiatives aimed at engaging current and potential customers through LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and various other channels.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating Veeva virtual and industry events, which involves managing logistics, internal and external communications, event app oversight, and reporting.

• Help with weekly and monthly reporting and metrics for marketing programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage various stakeholders, priorities, and multiple projects under tight deadlines and expectations.

• Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational abilities.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Skilled in delivering content through social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
