This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.
• Propel the expansion of our Additives division within the Polymers & Composites sectors in North America.
• Discover new opportunities and enhance market visibility.
• Spearhead the effective launch of innovative products.
• Stay ahead of industry developments and convert emerging needs into commercial achievements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Product Management, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth.
• Create and implement field-level strategies to boost product adoption and market penetration.
• Lead efforts for new product introductions and commercialization.
• Travel to meet customers and distributors in person to foster business development.
• Provide technical expertise and application support to promote solution adoption.
• Convert customer needs and market trends into actionable insights for the teams.
• Manage Key Accounts and assist in pricing discussions.
• Monitor market development activities and their impact on growth metrics.
• Master of Science degree.
• Over 5 years of hands-on professional experience in Polymers & Composites additives.
• Experience in market development or technical sales within the chemical industry.
• Strong technical and chemical knowledge.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator who can work seamlessly across teams (Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain) to achieve results.
• Proficient Sales skills with a strong customer focus.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Energetic and self-motivated.
• High eagerness to explore new opportunities and create innovative business models.
• Familiarity with standard Office applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%).
