This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Implement, manage, and continuously enhance managed services operations within the designated region.
• Ensure operational excellence, adherence to contracts, team development, customer satisfaction, and financial success across site locations in the area.
• Spearhead account expansion and renewal efforts as a vital member of the Area Operations leadership team.
• Encourage the effective utilization of internal recruiting processes to attract and secure talent.
• Identify training and development needs while delegating work, training, and development activities to strengthen team capabilities and satisfaction.
• Supervise Managed Services personnel and monitor FSR performance.
• A college degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in multi-site operations management with direct client engagement in facilities management or a similar outsourcing industry.
• Successful completion of all Site Manager-level training (for internal candidates).
• A valid driver’s license and the necessary auto-insurance coverage as per Ricoh policy.
