Field Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct and support a team of field technicians responsible for servicing and maintaining client-owned fleets.

• Accountable for hiring, training, performance management, and overseeing daily KPIs for technicians.

• Supervise maintenance and repair operations while ensuring compliance with service standards and safety protocols.

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to operational metrics.

• Facilitate regular training sessions for mobile technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in leading Fleet Maintenance teams.

• At least 7 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair as a heavy-duty diesel technician.

• Proven experience utilizing data and reporting tools to oversee team performance.

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in researching, interpreting, managing data, and generating reports.

• Experienced in developing standardized operating procedures and optimizing processes.

• In-depth understanding of maintenance practices and general knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., EPA, DOT, OSHA).
