Field Maintenance Technician – Grand Est

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute technical maintenance tasks at client locations

• Conduct technical interventions and provide documentation in accordance with established protocols

• Document your interventions utilizing the company's tools

• Notify the Safety Hotline of any anomalies encountered

• Record the time components of your route (start time, end time, duration of each intervention, break times)

• Suggest services that are suitable for the customer

• Relay customer inquiries or complaints to the appropriate departments

• Process equipment orders

• Manage your on-board inventory

• Ensure that your tools (including your vehicle) are well-maintained and undergo regular calibration when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education or training focused on technical or maintenance fields

• At least 3 years of experience in field maintenance

• Valid driver's license (Category B) — required
