Field Maintenance Technician, Experienced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond swiftly and professionally to maintenance and repair requests requiring skilled attention.

• Ensure tasks are executed promptly and with a high level of professionalism.

• Assist in scheduling, supervising, and communicating with contractors to acquire bids and verify work completion.

• Procure maintenance supplies as necessary for properties.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and extensive repairs related to plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior work, and basic electrical issues.

• Take ownership of work orders, manage budgets, and oversee comprehensive maintenance for the property portfolio.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or an equivalent trade.

• Willingness to travel within the designated region; this position operates 100% in the field.

• Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and executing comprehensive repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry trades.

• Capable of independently managing and completing work orders, budgeting time and materials, and effectively communicating with contractors and clients.

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs; and lift over 75 lbs with assistance.

• A current or previous plumbing license is advantageous.
