Field Maintenance Technician, 3+ Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of your work orders, manage budgets, and supervise thorough maintenance for properties within our portfolio.

• Respond promptly and professionally to skilled maintenance and repair requests, as directed.

• Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and professional fashion.

• Assist in scheduling, supervising, and communicating with contractors to obtain bids and verify the completeness of their work.

• Acquire maintenance supplies as necessary for the property.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs in plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior, and basic electrical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance or a related trade.

• Willingness to travel within your region; this role is entirely field-based.

• Proven proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and executing comprehensive repairs across all standard trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and complete independent work orders, budget time and materials, and communicate effectively with contractors and clients.

• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

• Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and over 75 lbs with assistance.

• Holding a current or previous plumbing license is advantageous.
