Field Maintenance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers.

• Coordinate schedules and interactions among hospitals, warehouses, laundry services, and other departments.

• Develop and manage field employee schedules, adjusting staffing levels as project requirements evolve.

• Oversee employee attendance, productivity, and overall work performance.

• Hold team members responsible for meeting deadlines, maintaining workmanship, and adhering to company standards.

• Address subpar work promptly and professionally, documenting any issues as necessary.

• Monitor project progress and deliver accurate status updates to management.

• Prepare and process invoices along with other project-related documentation.

• Ensure that field operations remain organized, efficient, and in line with project timelines.

• Uphold standards of quality, productivity, attendance, and discipline while keeping projects on schedule.

• Background in field operations, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to enforce standards.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and scheduling capabilities.

• Experience in attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and ensuring employee accountability.

• Knowledge of invoicing and fundamental administrative processes.

• Proficient in using remote communication and project management tools.

• Comfortable addressing performance-related issues directly while maintaining discipline and enforcing quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
