Field Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the installation and setup of products meets compliance standards and is of high quality.

• Offer technical configurations and training for customers.

• Collaborate with Cadwell’s Technical Installation team.

• Enhance customer 'go-live' experiences and the efficiency of the Installation Team.

• Record technical installation challenges and provide recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Educational background in IT or biomedical engineering.

• Experience in a regulated environment such as ISO, FDA, or MDR.

• Familiarity with medical devices or the installation of complex equipment.

• Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) is preferred.

• Preferred experience with installation management applications and CRM systems.
