Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies.

• Approach targeted accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, displays, and end cap placements in the store.

• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Enhance product distribution as authorized by the store manager, in line with account type guidelines.

• Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and organized according to the specified brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves in accordance with account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Install point-of-sale materials as permitted by the account manager.

• Assist in new store openings and support store resets.

• Capture photos and include them with weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct demonstrations upon request.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account calls daily.

• Track and document all account calls within the Celsius sales application.

• Submit weekly work logs that include mileage.

• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising. Previous merchandising experience is advantageous.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Flexibility to work hours totaling 40 per week (Wednesday – Sunday).

• Must possess a motivated, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.

• Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Excellent driving record; valid insurance and license required.

• A personal vehicle is necessary, with an allowance provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective interaction internally and with external contacts.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
