Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies.

• Engage with target accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's and arrange displays/end cap placements in the store.

• Relay sales leads and additional growth opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Broaden product distribution as permitted by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.

• Confirm that account shelves, cold vaults, and standalone coolers are stocked and displayed according to the specified brand flow.

• Rotate backstock into existing displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves per account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Position point-of-sale materials as authorized by the account manager.

• Participate in new store openings and assist with store resets.

• Capture photos; include these images in weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct demonstrations upon request.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account visits daily.

• Track and log all account visits using the Celsius sales app.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is advantageous.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to work flexible hours, with a 40-hour work week (Wednesday - Sunday).

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.

• Must be a self-starter and a collaborative team player.

• Excellent driving record; insurance and valid license required.

• Personal vehicle required, with an allowance provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective interaction both internally and with external contacts.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must reside within their county area.
