This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Engage with targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's and arrange displays/end cap positioning in-store.
• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
• Broaden product distribution as sanctioned by the store manager in accordance with account type guidelines.
• Ensure that shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and displayed following the specified brand layout.
• Rotate backstock to current displays, racks, cold areas, and warm shelves based on account criteria (Independent, chain, etc.).
• Place point-of-sale materials as authorized by the account manager.
• Assist in new store openings and provide support during store resets.
• Capture and include photographs in weekly reporting documents.
• Conduct demonstrations when requested.
• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
• Make 15-20 account visits daily.
• Track and document all account visits using the Celsius sales application.
• Submit weekly work logs that include mileage.
• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.
• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, with a 40-hour work week (Wednesday – Sunday).
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.
• Should be a self-starter and a collaborative team member.
• Excellent driving record and valid insurance/license required.
• Personal vehicle required; an allowance will be provided.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact both internally and with external contacts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
