This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Engage with target accounts.
• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, displays, and end cap placements in-store.
• Relay sales leads and additional growth opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
• Broaden product distribution as permitted by the store manager following account type guidelines.
• Guarantee that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and displayed according to the designated brand flow.
• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves in accordance with account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).
• Position point-of-sale materials as authorized by the account manager.
• Contribute to new store openings and support store resets.
• Capture images; include photos with weekly reporting documentation.
• Perform demos upon request.
• Create and maintain a well-organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
• Conduct 15-20 account visits daily.
• Monitor and complete all account visits through the Celsius sales app.
• Provide weekly work logs, including mileage.
• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work flexible hours, totaling 40 hours per week (Wednesday – Sunday).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.
• Must be a proactive individual and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent driving record along with required insurance/license.
• Access to a personal vehicle, with an allowance provided.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective interaction both internally and with external contacts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
