This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Engage with target accounts.
• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's and arrange display/end cap placements in-store.
• Relay sales leads and additional growth opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
• Broaden product distribution as permitted by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.
• Ensure that shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and arranged according to the designated brand layout.
• Rotate backstock to current displays, racks, cold storage, and warm shelves following account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).
• Position point of sales materials as authorized by the account manager.
• Participate in new store openings and provide support during store resets.
• Capture and include photographs with weekly reporting documents.
• Conduct demonstrations as requested.
• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts within the territory to assist in executing weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager as necessary.
• Make 15-20 account visits daily.
• Track and log all account visits using the Celsius sales application.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.
• Complete any other records or documentation as assigned.
• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; previous merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with a 40-hour work week (Wednesday – Sunday).
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.
• Must be a self-starter and a team player.
• Excellent driving record, along with valid insurance and license required.
• Personal vehicle necessary; an allowance will be provided.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective interaction both internally and externally.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
