This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Engage with target accounts.
• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, displays, and end cap placement in stores.
• Relay sales opportunities and additional prospects to the Celsius territory manager.
• Increase product distribution as authorized by the store manager in line with account type guidelines.
• Guarantee that shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and displayed according to the established brand flow.
• Rotate backstock to current displays, racks, cold storage, and warm shelves following account protocols (Independent, chain, etc.).
• Install point of sale materials as sanctioned by the account manager.
• Assist in new store openings and provide support during store resets.
• Capture photos; include images with weekly reporting documents.
• Conduct demonstrations upon request.
• Create and maintain a well-organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
• Complete 15-20 account visits each day.
• Monitor and finalize all account visits using the Celsius sales application.
• Submit weekly work logs detailing mileage.
• Additional records or documentation as assigned.
• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising. Previous merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with a 40-hour work week (Wednesday – Sunday).
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive outlook.
• Must be a self-starter and a collaborative team member.
• Valid driving record and insurance/license required.
• Personal vehicle is needed, with an allowance provided.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effective interaction with both internal and external contacts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
