• The Field Execution Manager plays a key role in driving sales by enhancing in-store execution and ensuring impeccable performance in the field through distributors.
• Conduct regular sales visits with key local and regional retail field management personnel.
• Negotiate and secure improved in-store execution during both promotional and non-promotional periods, including additional shelf space, cooler placements, and display execution within major accounts.
• Collaborate with the commercial marketing team to guarantee world-class execution of retail activations.
• Analyze monthly performance metrics with distributors and create actionable plans to address identified gaps.
• Work alongside district managers and field management teams to establish in-store execution standards and expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for distributor account managers to address various issues and opportunities.
• Provide training and support regarding brand positioning and product knowledge to distributor sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, placements, and promotional execution to ensure optimal stock and visibility.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with distributor partners to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Spend time in stores directly engaging with retailers and store staff to expand brand presence.
• Optimize product placements on shelves and displays for maximum visibility and sales impact.
• Gather insights on customer preferences, competitive activities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Log daily sales activities, customer interactions, and distributor management updates using CRM tools.
• Follow up on order statuses to ensure timely delivery to distributors and retail partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and prompt manner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing territory performance, goals, and key insights.
• 3-10 years of experience in sales, field execution, distributor management, or a similar role within the beverage, FMCG, or CPG industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to build enduring relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.
• Self-starter who excels in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory (driver’s license required).
• Valid Driver's License, dependable vehicle, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record in compliance with Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines.
• Reliable smartphone with camera capabilities from the last three years for use with CRM tools and capturing field execution visuals.
