This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full responsibility for partner events and trade shows from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to design and execute strategic business events.
• Assess event opportunities and justify budget allocations.
• Manage sponsorships from contract initiation to follow-up.
• Oversee the operational framework of each event.
• Organize the logistical aspects of the events.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Lead promotional efforts and attendee communication.
• Monitor event outcomes and prepare performance reports.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and processes.
• 5-8+ years of experience in field marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing trade shows and sponsored conferences.
• Experience with partner events and co-marketing initiatives.
• Background in creating strategic business events in close collaboration with Sales.
• Comfort in handling budgets, vendors, contracts, and on-site logistics.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
