• Combine fieldwork with analytical engineering tasks conducted from a home office.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Undergraduate-level knowledge of power generation principles.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year for field activities.
• Knowledge of control theory, with experience in MATLAB/Simulink or similar software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada, able to pass a background check, lift up to 50 pounds, and have a valid driver's license.
