This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Act as the main technical liaison for designated customer sites
• Organize, execute, and finalize software installations, upgrades, and hardware setups
• Diagnose technical problems associated with software, firmware, and hardware
• Create and oversee project plans, ensuring they are executed on schedule
• Provide post-installation support to maintain system stability and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational standards
• Record processes and generate comprehensive reports to facilitate continuous improvement
• Handle multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Travel up to 75% to assist client sites and project endeavors
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent technical experience
• In-depth understanding of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking principles
• Proficient in database administration and enterprise networking technologies
• Knowledge of clustered servers, containers (such as Kubernetes), and SAN environments is advantageous
• Skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Technical certifications including A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are beneficial
• Must be eligible to obtain relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses
• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs during hardware installations
• Must be willing to travel and work in various environments, including customer locations with noise or smoke exposure
