• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical devices within a hospital or healthcare system to guarantee the effective delivery of healthcare services to patients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring prompt communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards; ensure that all work performed is documented, including the ordering of parts.
• An Associate's degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education, or a High School Diploma/GED along with 6+ years of experience in servicing electrical equipment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience servicing Imaging equipment.
• A valid Driver's License.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
