This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for the field.
• Develop and enhance the in-building marketing toolkit, which includes both digital and printed materials, family event resources, and adaptable templates.
• Establish and oversee a family communication program utilizing email, SMS, and patient portals, focusing on nurturing and event-driven campaigns.
• Assist and train Community Engagement Managers (CEMs) on marketing best practices and implementation.
• Recognize and expand the most effective strategies across different communities.
• Monitor and report on field engagement and growth KPIs in collaboration with Partner Success and Operations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to guarantee high-quality and consistent brand representation across all community-facing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, community marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site settings.
• Proficiency in developing multi-channel communication programs, including email, SMS, and digital platforms.
• Capability to create and manage marketing materials for distributed, field-based teams.
• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the talent to engage with families and community staff.
• Empathy towards field teams and a comprehension of community-based or clinical settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for community visits and team collaboration.
