Field Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability within Field Development departments

• Evaluate and troubleshoot complex challenges

• Assist the Senior Director in implementing process enhancements

• Create and oversee structured data streams and dashboards

• Spearhead initiatives that convert insights into operational enhancements

• Operate independently with minimal supervision, collaborating closely with department leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline

• Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) is strongly preferred

• Advanced expertise in Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform (including Power Automate and Power Apps)

• Required experience in process mapping, data modeling, and dashboard creation

• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience
