This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Perform nationwide on-site installations, regular maintenance, and field support for DFR hardware, drone docks, and associated infrastructure.
β’ Execute thorough physical site evaluations to confirm electrical power availability, structural mounting sites, network connectivity, and access limitations.
β’ Identify and resolve intricate hardware, software, and local network connectivity challenges encountered during field deployments.
β’ Produce comprehensive installation documentation, service records, site photographs, and technical field logs for cross-functional operational teams.
β’ Collaborate directly with public safety customers and internal deployment teams to ensure site readiness and facilitate safe, compliant installations.
β’ Technical experience in field service settings such as low-voltage installations, telecommunications, surveillance technology, or physical infrastructure deployment.
β’ Hands-on expertise in basic networking, electrical systems, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting across MacOS, Windows, or Android platforms.
β’ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, navigate elevated heights, and safely lift or transport equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
β’ A valid driver's license, acceptable identification for air travel, and the capability to manage nationwide travel logistics independently.
β’ An FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, or a commitment to obtain certification within 45 days of employment.
β’ An associate or bachelor's degree, or experience in customer-facing technical support within public safety environments, is advantageous.
