Field Data Specialist – Travel Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel independently by driving or flying to commercial properties to collect accurate data.

• Utilize 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software to record building measurements, sprinkler and HVAC locations, as well as interior and exterior features.

• Collect data, perform measurements, and input information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Coordinate with property managers to obtain access details for appointments and arrival schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or meticulous outdoor fieldwork.

• Willingness to travel out of state from Monday to Friday (returning home most weekends).

• Possession of a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 6-foot ladder and facilitating long-distance travel.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and lift weights of up to 50 lbs.

• Proficient in using technology such as iPads, laptops, mobile applications, and photography tools.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision and attention to detail.

• Maintain focus, organization, and self-motivation while working independently.
