Field Data Specialist – Travel Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Travel independently to commercial locations to gather accurate data.

• Utilize technology including 3D cameras and laser measurement instruments.

• Record building dimensions and various features of the property.

• Enter data precisely into software systems.

• Coordinate access and appointments by communicating with property managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or other related outdoor fieldwork.

• Capability to use a dependable vehicle that can accommodate a 6-foot ladder and facilitate long-distance travel.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Comfortable with climbing ladders up to 30 feet and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Proficient in using technology such as iPads, laptops, mobile applications, and photography tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision.

• Self-driven and organized while functioning independently.
