This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide a high-quality learning experience in alignment with the position's guidelines.

• Maintain consistent and positive interactions with clients and associate learners.

• Deliver workflow-oriented learning solutions.

• Offer consultative learning on advanced topics and suggest best practices.

• Work in collaboration with Learning Development to ensure high-quality curriculum for new releases being taught.

• Capable of assessing and executing learning needs recommendations for both clients and associates.

• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development through delivery technique courses and client interactions/visits.

• Adapt your approach based on the audience and the solutions being taught.

• Facilitate the delivery and implementation of technology-based training across all levels.

• Focus primarily on Learning Delivery.

• Clearly articulate the technical complexities of software to all levels in a simplified manner.

• Understand dealership roles and workflows, providing recommendations on best practices to enhance dealership utilization.

• Be prepared to be on your feet throughout the workday while onsite with clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software training.

• Proven experience in executing customer-facing implementation or product delivery projects.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and balance competing demands.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel 50% - 75% of the time, alternating between one week of onsite training and one week of remote training.

• Preferred experience in dealerships, specifically in Marine, RV, or Powersports sectors.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal soft skills, including setting and managing expectations and conflict resolution.

• Ability to consult and collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Capacity to manage an increasing volume of work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure.
