• Conduct startup, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment: Static transfer switches, Power distribution equipment, Remote power panels
• Offer customer support both on-site and through email and phone communications
• Ensure timely and comprehensive service records are maintained within the LayerZero system
• Provide emergency response for critical incidents
• Experience in servicing electric power systems – Required.
• Proficient electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required.
• Capability to interpret diagrams and schematics – Required.
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards using PC-based applications – Required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and electrical PPE – Required.
• Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred.
• Clean driving record – Required.
• Associate degree in an electrical field – Preferred.
