• Act as the foremost technical authority in the industry, collaborating with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Salesforce Centers of Excellence at Fortune 500 organizations.
• Design and implement our technical field strategy encompassing discovery, architecture, validation, and alignment with executives.
• Promote adoption and ensure timely value realization throughout the customer lifecycle, guaranteeing that every deployment results in quantifiable business outcomes.
• Facilitate executive business reviews, governance frameworks, and technical roadmap discussions that transform customers into lifelong advocates.
• Impact renewal and expansion results by pinpointing adoption gaps, alleviating obstacles, and devising pathways for enterprise-wide implementation.
• Create replicable technical playbooks for discovery, validation, enablement, and value realization.
• Serve as the strongest voice of the customer within Product and Engineering, converting field insights into influences on the roadmap.
• Represent the company publicly through keynotes, analyst briefings, Dreamforce sessions, executive roundtables, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Mentor and develop technical talent throughout the organization, elevating standards for expertise, customer empathy, and business acumen.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise software, with substantial expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (strong preference for DevOps, release management, data, security, or governance).
• Proven history of functioning as a senior technical leader or advisor in critical enterprise environments.
• Possess hands-on technical credibility, able to whiteboard a CI/CD pipeline, analyze organizational architecture, and discuss metadata strategy with top architects.
• Executive presence and storytelling skills that establish trust with both technical and C-suite economic buyers.
• A focus on outcomes rather than mere activity, with metrics-driven instincts concerning pipeline conversion, time-to-value, adoption, NRR, and gross retention.
• Experience in rapidly growing environments where playbooks are developed rather than inherited.
• Salesforce certifications and proficiency in DevOps (including Git, branching strategies, automated testing, and deployment automation) are highly desirable.
