Senior Lead – CTO's Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Support the Founder's strategic priorities by managing programs and collaborating with leaders throughout the organization.

• Serve as a sounding board for the founders, ensuring their participation in projects or decision-making at the appropriate times.

• Be a flexible problem solver and team collaborator who can engage in various projects to achieve significant business results for the Founder.

• Provide feedback on ideas and initiatives.

• Assist the Founder in pinpointing key focus areas.

• Manage time effectively by working with the assistant, reviewing the long-term travel schedule, assessing opportunities, and aligning them with priorities.

• Aid the Founder in creating internal and external communications, which include board meeting materials, company Town Halls, newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches, and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the tech/startup sector.

• Proven track record of making consistent and positive contributions in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and formulating actionable recommendations based on the analysis.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to cultivate relationships with leaders and a diverse array of stakeholders to promote organizational change.
