This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and shape the worldwide technology vision for Sales at Future
• Convert mission, strategy, and impact objectives into scalable technical frameworks
• Design and oversee the development of: Digital platforms & MVPs, Data & intelligence layers, Automation, AI & system integrations
• Make informed build-vs-buy choices while ensuring technology remains lean, modular, and future-ready
• Assemble and lead a distributed technology team (developers, partners, external studios)
• Collaborate closely with the Founder, Strategy, Sales, and Impact teams
• Guarantee security, reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Function as a co-creator rather than a service provider — technology is central to the vision
• Extensive experience as a CTO, Lead Architect, Tech Founder, or Senior Engineering Leader
• You approach problems with a systems mindset, not merely stacks
• You can harmonize vision with practical execution
• Startup/scale-up mentality — comfortable with uncertainty and taking ownership
• Proficient in: Platform architectures, Cloud infrastructure, APIs, data systems, automation, AI-ready configurations
• You are concerned about the societal impact of technology, not just its capabilities
• You exhibit qualities of directness, honesty, curiosity, and a focus on outcomes
• You don’t wait for permission to think big — yet you can also build incrementally
• Formal degrees are less important than clarity, sound judgment, and integrity.
