This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be the primary technical leader for Sebotics in Germany, establishing structures, building knowledge, and laying the groundwork for the entire country.
• Initially, you will work in the field, familiarizing yourself with the devices, installing them, documenting processes, creating training materials, producing videos, and streamlining operations.
• Over time, you will lead your own team, train new technicians, and ensure that every customer experiences the same high-quality service from Sebotics.
• You will ensure that our robots operate flawlessly and that customers are thrilled with our solutions.
• You will be on-site, training staff, addressing technical inquiries, installing devices, and getting the system up and running.
• When you’re not on assignments, you won’t be idle: you will call customers for follow-ups, create learning materials, or share updates on LinkedIn about your current projects.
• Technical education (Mechatronics, IT, Electronics or similar).
• A passion for structure, responsibility, and foundational work.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and personal interactions.
• A genuine implementation mindset.
• Willingness to travel (multi-day or multi-week assignments may be required).
• Excellent German language skills, along with good English proficiency.
• A desire not just to be part of a system, but to help build it.
