Chief Technology Officer – CTO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will serve as a technical co-founder tasked with constructing the complete platform—from its architectural design to its launch.

• You will collaborate closely with the founders, holding complete responsibility for the product and technological vision.

• Phase 1: Minimum Viable Product (MVP) (0–3 months)

• Define and create the technical architecture.

• Develop a mobile-first web or application MVP.

• Implement essential features: QR-based entry experience.

• Deliver location-based content.

• Establish booking and payment processes (utilizing APIs).

• Conduct rapid iterations with real pilot customers.

• Phase 2: Validation & Fundraising

• Stabilize and enhance the platform.

• Integrate initial partners (through APIs or manual onboarding).

• Assist in technical due diligence for investors.

• Strong background in full-stack engineering (e.g., React / Next.js / Node / Python or similar).

• Demonstrated experience in building MVPs and scalable platforms.

• A product-oriented mindset—you focus on solutions rather than just features.

• Ideally, experience with: marketplace models.

• Booking and payment integrations.

• Location-based services.

• A hands-on builder mentality with the capability to evolve into a leadership position.
