This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and enhance Presidio's AI security strategy, perspectives, and service offerings across advisory, implementation, and managed services.
• Develop the AI security service catalog, pricing models, and delivery playbooks in collaboration with practice leadership and the delivery team.
• Create the roadmap for Secure-AI-by-Design assessments, AI/ML threat modeling, AI-SPM deployment, runtime defense, and agentic risk evaluations.
• Act as a senior advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and AI/ML executives on AI security strategy, governance, and planning.
• Facilitate executive workshops, AI risk assessments, and threat modeling sessions at designated strategic accounts.
• Assist in complex pre-sales activities as the AI security subject matter expert; collaborate with account teams to size, scope, and secure strategic opportunities.
• Manage AI security relationships with key partners (Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Cloudflare) and emerging vendors (Protect AI, HiddenLayer, Lakera, Prompt Security, Lasso, Mend AI, and others).
• Assess new entrants, perform technical due diligence, and recommend additions and rationalization of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with OEM alliance teams on joint solution architecture, co-selling initiatives, and field enablement.
• Integrate AI-SPM, model security testing, data lineage, and AI/ML threat modeling into Application Security (AppSec) and Data Security (DataSec) offerings.
• Define the agent identity, non-human identity (NHI), and agentic access control posture in partnership with Okta, CyberArk, and SailPoint.
• Align AI gateway, traffic inspection, and runtime defense capabilities with the Zero Trust, SSE, and SASE roadmap.
• Author viewpoints, white papers, and reference architectures; represent Presidio at RSAC, Black Hat, Gartner, and other major OEM events.
• Develop and provide internal training for the field — practice architects, account executives, and delivery teams — on AI security narratives, demonstrations, and qualification inquiries.
• Contribute to the Field CISO content schedule and client intelligence reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and/or military background.
• Over 10 years in cybersecurity, including more than 3 years focused on AI/ML security, GenAI deployment risks, or applied AI in security operations.
• Proven experience advising large enterprise clients on AI risk strategy at the CISO and board level.
• Extensive knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI architectures: LLMs, RAG, vector stores, model serving, MCP, agent frameworks, and orchestration patterns.
• In-depth understanding of the AI security threat landscape: prompt injection, training data poisoning, model extraction, supply chain compromise, agent exploitation, and data exfiltration via AI surfaces.
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and regulations: OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
• Practical or close working knowledge of AI security tools: AI-SPM (Wiz AI-SPM, Prisma AIRS), runtime defense (Lakera, Lasso, Prompt Security, Protect AI), and red-teaming tools (Garak, PyRIT).
• Strong executive presence and written communication skills; adept at producing and presenting board-level materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
