This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• This position involves on-site management of field construction for electrical substations and the installation of underground high-voltage duct banks.
• The role includes overseeing safety measures, supervising quality control and assurance, managing daily on-site reports, and conducting inspections for environmental compliance.
• You will report directly to the project manager regarding all project-specific matters.
• Additionally, you will communicate with the Manager of Quality Assurance for project assignments, general installation practices, and inspection procedures.
• Must possess OSHA 30 training or an equivalent from MSHA.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction of transmission lines or substations is required.
• A solid understanding of high and medium voltage electrical transmission, substation, and distribution systems is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills are necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are crucial.
• Familiarity with various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), SharePoint, and FTP protocol software, is important.
• Regular travel will be part of the job responsibilities.
