Field Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify potential strategies for adoption.

• Responsible for upselling within key strategic accounts in collaboration with Business Managers.

• Serve as a primary source of education regarding all facets of two or more technologies or one highly specialized technology related to assigned device(s).

• Provide education and training to physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on all technical aspects related to investigational products and procedures.

• Develop and enhance training curriculum, materials, and tools informed by clinical trial experience, EW guidelines, and SOP.

• Oversee the certification process for centers, physicians, and relevant staff, including EW personnel.

• Thoroughly monitor clinical support activities, market changes, assigned accounts, and competitive actions alongside cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field (Clinical, Imaging, Cardiology, Nursing, etc.).

• Experience in training within a clinical or technical environment.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device and/or clinical field is required, preferably with a focus on Mitral therapies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English; proficiency in any other European language is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Europe (up to 70% of the time).

• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular science, including anatomy, pathology, and physiology, as well as the terminology and applications relevant to the market and Edwards Lifesciences.

• Thorough understanding of medical device regulatory requirements, documentation, device accountability, and adverse events reporting.
