This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, guide, and lead a team of Field Clinical Specialists.
• Create and execute training programs to enhance team skills in electrophysiology and assist in commercial ablation cases.
• Assess and review team performance, offering feedback and coaching to promote ongoing improvement.
• Deliver clinical expertise and assistance to healthcare professionals during cardiac ablation procedures.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in electrophysiology.
• Travel to different clinical locations to support team initiatives and establish connections with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team of Clinical Specialists in Electrophysiology or serving as a Field Trainer.
• Profound clinical knowledge and expertise in electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed.
• Eligibility to work in the USA.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
