Field Clinical Engineer, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert guidance and support regarding the utilization of Abbott's CRM portfolio in north-western Poland.

• Advocate for Abbott product lines by providing professional and technical assistance to both medical and sales teams.

• Address and report on technical inquiries originating from the field or internal sources.

• Participate in implant procedures and follow-ups while assisting with issues related to high-voltage and low-voltage Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices.

• Offer clinical consultation, education, and support concerning CRM products and their clinical applications.

• Stay updated with the latest technical knowledge on therapies, technologies, competitor devices, and the healthcare market in the country.

• Provide technical assistance to the CRM sales team.

• Conduct product demonstrations and fulfill exhibition stand responsibilities upon request.

• Address technical queries from EMEA or customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a science-related field is preferred (biomedical engineering, physics, clinical nursing, or a similar discipline).

• Ideally, possess experience in electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or an equivalent clinical background.

• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology is considered a significant advantage.

• Proficient in both English and Polish, with strong reading and writing skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to travel daily and the ability to work independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid category B driving license.
