This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Perform on-site and face-to-face investigations.
β’ Assess compensability.
β’ Set up reserves.
β’ Record decision-making processes.
β’ Process benefit payments.
β’ Notify the State administrative authority.
β’ Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical and legal professionals to ensure the appropriate benefits are delivered in accordance with Workersβ Compensation Laws.
β’ Experience in Workers Compensation Claims is strongly preferred.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or relevant professional business experience is acceptable.
β’ A state license to manage Workers' Compensation claims is required, if applicable.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ A world-class customer service attitude is necessary.
β’ Proficiency in learning and utilizing proprietary software and Microsoft Office products is required.
β’ Must possess the ability to work independently.
β’ A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and a reliable vehicle are required.
β’ Regular travel within a designated territory is necessary, although overnight travel is rarely needed.
β’ Salary is based on location and experience, ranging from $50,000 to $95,000.
β’ Auto reimbursement program.
β’ Reimbursement for cell phone and internet expenses.
β’ Target case load of 60 claims.
