This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop detailed assessments of damages related to both first- and third-party material damage claims.

• Determine the appropriate resolution for claims.

• Act as a mentor to peers after gaining proficiency in company processes and technical knowledge.

• Analyze all types of policies issued by the company and support both formal and informal training initiatives.

• Negotiate settlements, execute payment of settlements, and document actions taken in intricate files.

• Understand regulatory compliance and equitable claims practices.

• Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Produce damage estimates for material damage losses of varying severities for first- and third-party claims.

• Perform vehicle inspections and integrate fieldwork, virtual claims processing, and customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must live in or near Seattle, Bellevue, or the surrounding regions.

• Previous experience in managing a range of auto collision claims is preferred.

• Experience in conducting vehicle inspections is preferred.

• Familiarity with CCC ONE or comparable estimating software is preferred.

• Proficient understanding of estimating fundamentals is essential.

• Knowledge of auto estimating, auto insurance claims, material estimating, and quality management is required.

• Individuals with an active insurance license must end all existing appointments prior to onboarding and are prohibited from maintaining outside appointments during employment.

• Applicants holding a resident producer license must relinquish it when directed by the licensing team.

• Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory; the company does not provide sponsorship for work visas.

• A dedicated, private home workspace that is free from distractions is necessary.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
