Field Auto Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Develop detailed damage assessments for both 1st- and 3rd-party material damage claims.

• Establish the appropriate resolution for claims.

• Utilize advanced knowledge of all policy types and support leadership with both formal and informal training.

• Negotiate settlements, process settlement payments, and keep thorough documentation in intricate files.

• Analyze regulatory compliance and uphold fair claims practices.

• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Generate damage estimates for material damage losses across various severities.

• Perform fieldwork, oversee virtual claim handling, conduct vehicle inspections, and engage in customer service activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in managing a range of auto collision claims.

• Experience in conducting vehicle inspections is preferred.

• Familiarity with CCC ONE or similar estimating software is preferred.

• Strong grasp of estimating fundamentals.

• Technical proficiency in auto damage appraisal and estimating.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Individuals holding an active insurance license must cancel all existing appointments prior to onboarding and should not maintain outside appointments during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must formally relinquish it when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, private home workspace that is free from distractions is required.

• Reliable internet access with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds is necessary.

• Must be capable of performing fieldwork, virtual claim handling, and customer service tasks.
