Field Auto Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Generate detailed estimates for damages related to both first- and third-party material damage claims.

• Manage claims both virtually and in the field across the South San Diego area.

• Carry out vehicle inspections.

• Create precise damage estimates utilizing CCC ONE estimating software.

• Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Implement knowledge of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.

• Negotiate settlements, process settlement payments, and document all actions within authorized limits.

• Comprehend and manage the specifics of various company policy types.

• Work in partnership with repair facilities and customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in handling a diverse range of auto claims.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting vehicle inspections.

• Familiarity with CCC ONE estimating software.

• Capability to prepare precise auto damage estimates.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.

• Understanding of different company policy types.

• Proficiency in the fundamentals of auto estimating.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Current insurance license holders must cancel all existing appointments prior to onboarding and cannot maintain outside appointments during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must relinquish it when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, private workspace at home that is free from distractions.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
