This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Provide technical assistance and training for the Olink proteomics product range.
• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to offer product demonstrations, applications support, and training that foster research and innovation.
• Provide both pre- and post-sales technical expertise across various technology platforms.
• Create new applications and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, R&D, and product management teams to ensure customer success and promote business growth through technical excellence.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Proven expertise in method development and technical problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong presentation and training skills, applicable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment.
• Experience in project management and proficient in managing multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of the time.
