Field Applications Engineer – Vision Systems

📋 Description

• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to clients, addressing questions related to vision systems, CMOS image sensors, FPGAs, and imaging SoCs.

• Support customers with system integration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of imaging solutions.

• Facilitate on-site and virtual technical training sessions for clients and partners.

• Collaborate with clients to ascertain their application needs and develop customized solutions.

• Aid in the design, development, and testing of bespoke applications and solutions.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range, including technical specifications, features, and advantages.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is preferred).

• At least 5 years of experience in a field applications engineering role or comparable position, focusing on vision systems.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CMOS image sensors, FPGAs, and imaging SoCs.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Willingness to travel within North America as required.
