Field Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and training for scientific and analytical solutions.

• Work alongside sales teams and clients to provide demonstrations, application support, and training.

• Act as a scientific advisor, assisting customers in optimizing their workflows.

• Establish relationships with customers to enhance the value of their investments.

• Perform product demonstrations and resolve complex software issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and product management.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in relevant analytical instrumentation and applications.

• Preferred fields of study include Biochemistry, Materials Science, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.

• Proven expertise in technical problem-solving and method development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong presentation and training skills for both technical and non-technical groups.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment.

• Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel up to 60-80% within France, Switzerland, and Portugal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant scientific software.

• Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with internal teams and external clients.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese is advantageous.

• A valid driver's license and passport are necessary for travel.
