
Field Account Representative – Multifamily

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Propel profitable sales growth by identifying new accounts, retaining current accounts, and exploring opportunities within existing customers across both established and emerging industries to achieve annual sales targets.
• Cultivate and sustain robust sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all organizational levels, ensuring long-term viability.
• Oversee sales volume with current clients while actively seeking and onboarding new customers to broaden and diversify the client base.
• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance business visibility in the designated region.
• Disseminate market intelligence and competitor insights with relevant departments throughout the organization, nurturing strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.
• Work alongside leadership to assess market trends and customer requirements, offering valuable contributions to the formulation of effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in monthly business meetings for all company-sponsored associations, engage in local trade exhibitions, and represent the organization at regional or national events as needed.
• A minimum of 4 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience.
• Direct sales experience with Multi-family communities and facilities maintenance clients is advantageous!
• Must be an Independent Self-Starter!
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with familiarity with handheld technology.
• Understanding of facilities products such as hardware, electrical systems, lighting, and more.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms.
• Experience in consultative selling or solution-based selling is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to achieve or surpass sales targets in a remote work environment.
