This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Overseeing customer roadmap retention strategies and actions to safeguard base revenue.
• Formulating and executing effective account and territory strategies that involve developing and implementing a partnership approach aimed at fostering new business growth, managing all necessary resources to propel new business, forecasting revenue, and cultivating key contacts and business relationships within assigned accounts.
• Assisting the team's efforts through on-site visits, demonstrations, and customer education initiatives.
• Securing meeting appointments, understanding customer requirements, positioning and showcasing LexisNexis Risk Solutions products as solutions to customer business challenges, handling customer objections, managing contracts, and finalizing sales.
• Creating gap analysis methodologies to identify incremental opportunities within current accounts.
• Engaging with decision-makers at accounts to assess business needs and explore new business opportunities.
• Establishing a planning framework to identify and monitor revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific sales activities, and evaluate competitive threats.
• Collaborating closely in a team setting with sales support and technical implementation personnel to meet customer requirements.
• As a vital member of our Integration Partner Management team, the account manager will possess a “sales engineer” background and serve as the technical link between our products and platforms and our partners' ecosystems.
• Possessing the ability and experience to comprehend various technical environments and propose effective connectivity solutions is essential.
• This position is suited for a technically adept, relationship-focused professional who excels in a partner-driven setting.
• Conducting technical training sessions, hands-on workshops, and integration solution certifications.
• Representing LexisNexis Risk Solutions at partner events, technology forums, and security conferences.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, engineering teams, and technical leadership.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated sales experience, with pertinent industry or product knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with other departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
