Fertility Nurse, Cantonese Fluency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual healthcare, education, guidance, and support to individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with fertility and reproductive health, which includes:

• Inform members about fertility assessments, treatment alternatives, and the comprehensive fertility journey.

• Clarify common causes of infertility.

• Counsel members on inquiries to pose to in-person providers, helping to bridge language or cultural barriers.

• Assist members in navigating between clinics, offering advice on choosing the most suitable facility.

• Document encounter summaries in our practice management system, MPractice.

• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are adequately addressed, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups.

• Act as an ambassador for Maven’s distinctive care model, providing culturally sensitive care and advocating our belief that improved outcomes for women and families contribute to a better world for all.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.

• A Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board) and in good standing.

• Possesses a recognized nursing or midwifery qualification; additional training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health is a plus.

• At least 2–3 years of clinical experience in women’s health, obstetrics & gynecology, or fertility/IVF is preferred.

• Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing) is highly sought after.

• No record of malpractice claims or disciplinary actions.

• Willing to commit approximately 2 hours per week; this position is part-time and independent contractor based.

• Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform; prior telehealth experience is advantageous.

• Compassionate, focused on patient-centered care, and enthusiastic about enhancing fertility and reproductive health outcomes.
