
Feed Sales Representative – Cattle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Conduct over 25 visits to farms and facilities weekly to evaluate feeding programs and provide recommendations.
• Enhance sales by presenting new feed products to clients while also supporting current customers.
• Foster relationships with dealers, co-ops, and Purina experts.
• Organize educational events and demonstrations to promote products and enhance customer loyalty.
• Manage customer information and utilize analytical tools to increase market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, engage in meetings and training, and contribute feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate logistics and event materials alongside dealers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and utilize business and industry expertise to implement sales strategies and growth opportunities.
• Commit to continuous professional development and adapt to evolving needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of industry experience or equivalent farm experience related to sales or education.
• Strong understanding of the industry, sales methodologies, or Purina products.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and network to expand business.
• High sales motivation with experience in making frequent customer calls.
• Proficient in problem-solving and making independent decisions.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is preferred.
