This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Connect clients with the UiPath Enterprise Automation Platform to address challenges, enhance efficiencies, and showcase significant Return on Investment (ROI).
• Cultivate relationships and drive the sales process at the executive level within client organizations.
• Engage in outbound prospecting (Hunting) and lead generation.
• Manage client accounts by building and nurturing relationships through personalized engagement, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of products and services.
• Accurately predict opportunities based on realistic evaluations and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
• Achieve or surpass assigned revenue targets.
• Collaborate with other members of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, including sales engineers, developers, customer success personnel, and partner managers.
• Over 10 years of experience in selling enterprise software.
• Recent experience in sales targeting the Intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) sector.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing as a team player.
• Proven success in identifying and developing new opportunities with prospects and existing clients.
• Experience in consultative sales, encouraging customers to think differently.
• Responsible for managing the complete sales process and cycle from prospecting through to invoicing.
• Established track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Consistent success in consultative sales environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• A logical and analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation.
• Strong technical knowledge; proficient in Word, Excel, and Salesforce/CRM systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and professional, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States for this position.
